3D printing rox my sox, and tq for demonstrating it in such a clear manner.
Ok this is a GREAT demo to describe the process in a lo-tech way. Thanks!
wow cool
not bad but still stupid
@flawlessShinx I got the printer free off of craigslist. The powder was about $15 for 1 lb.
how much did that thing cost?
@badngoodcomments I was experimenting with different materials to determine if I could come up with something that worked well enough to justify making a more elaborate setup. I was not thrilled with the results so I moved on to other projects. Other people have since done better than me but I have lost interest for now.
Interesting, and thanks for sharing. Why is the ultimate objective and what you are trying to achieve? Application wise?
That’s cool and all, but doesn’t that seem like a long and tedious task?
great vid
very nice concept
What the hell was that ????? I’d rather buying that 14,000$ 3D printer instead watching or doing what u r doing dude
what is the point… that is ridiculous
REALLY!!! DUDE !!! I think you need a girlfriend…I cant believe you would actually take that much time to do that….I can’t believe I actually wasted my time to watch..But I’m at work and was bored…..
Very cool. I use 3D printing to make jewellery, etc., but I haven’t yet made my own 3D printer!

You are a fucking mad scientist. You must get laid all the time. Cool stuff.
Very cool!
Very inventive! I like it.
You’re genius!
@kartikputtaiah
Probably the best source of information is at the yahoo group called “diy_3d_printing_and_fabrication”
The guys at the 3d printing yahoo group have done a lot more with the home made 3D printing than I have.
Good luck,
Scorch
I would like to try this out. Can you let me know where I can fine more details on building this. I can be reached at kartik (dot) puttaiah (at) gmail (dot) com
ohhhhh so this is how you prepare cocaine
Genius. Now to find a cheap way to automate this and use some software from reprap or makerbot
@scorch1974 say how do you do it in the first place
i would like to be able to do this but need more exact instructions
please
FANTASTIC, congratulation send your phone for networking with Sao Paulo/Brazil….
